1. Do your prices include GST?  

All product prices are GST free.

2. What are your freight charges?  

We use a freight calculator to determine the best price for each order.

An Australia post plugin to allow small volume users to pay for their own postage. If urgent orders are required then postage will be calculated accordingly. Other states can enquire about postage costs which will be charged using Australia Post standard prices.
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and Ipec TOLL couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

3. How can I make a payment?

Payments can be made via our eWay merchant facility for Visa or Mastercard. Orders placed online require payment by Visa or Mastercard, unless a trading account is held.

Email orders can also be paid using  electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments.

4. How quickly will I get my order?  

Orders are dispatched within 2 – 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

5. Do I need a purchase order number?  

Purchase orders are for large customers who have a special arrangement with MediWeb.  Most customers can order without a purchase order.

6. Can I see a sample copy?  

There are sample products included for each learner guide. These show a range of materials and activities from each resource.

A full sample of a resource can be organised if your TAFE or RTO has special circumstances.

Teacher resources are not available for inspection copy.

7. How do I provide feedback?

We would love to hear how your MediWeb experience went. Complete the online feedback form here.

8. What is your returns policy?

MediWeb guarantees you complete satisfaction with every book purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any product it can be returned (in original condition) for a refund (minus freight charges). You will need to email our customer service team to request a Returns Authorisation Form.

Electronically downloaded products cannot be returned or refunded.
